Manufacturing Process & Material
The core manufacturing process of our FRP Profiles is pultrusion, a continuous, automated production method that ensures consistent quality and dimensional stability throughout each product. During production, continuous strands of fiberglass are drawn through an epoxy resin bath for full impregnation, then pulled through a heated die to form the desired cross-sectional shape, followed by curing to achieve a solid, high-strength profile.
