Manufacturing Process & Material
The core manufacturing process of our FRP Profiles is pultrusion, a continuous, automated production method that ensures consistent quality and dimensional stability throughout each product. During production, continuous strands of fiberglass are drawn through an epoxy resin bath for full impregnation, then pulled through a heated die to form the desired cross-sectional shape, followed by curing to achieve a solid, high-strength profile. The fiberglass-reinforced epoxy resin matrix endows the profiles with remarkable mechanical properties, far exceeding those of conventional materials in terms of durability and adaptability.
